Photic's current body of work is concerned with humanity's intrusion into the natural world. This human foot-print is inescapable and has a detrimental impact, yet some of these relationships are symbolic and beautiful. DusS-180 is an excellent example of his current themes of human intrusion and damage on the word as the work appears to have been 'assembled' from abandoned items which no longer serve their former owner purpose. Almost industrial in aesthetic, the bold flashes of pink and blue remind to the work's viewer and wearer that beauty can be found in even the most obscure places and objects - if only you take the time to stop and look..
