He tried to make prints using this idea. The difficulty was to not make each layer of the print in the same colour. A system of blanking some of the elements for each colour was developed. The shapes he used in the prints were often named after an artist that they resembled. In this series sometimes Jeff Lowe said ‘We need the Henry Moore shape’.Provenance
