Geoffrey Clarke RA: A Retrospective

To coincide with the publication of Geoffrey Clarke’s catalogue raisonne by Judith LeGrove Pangolin London presented a major retrospective of this important Modern British sculptor. A pioneer of new materials in the 50s especially in cast aluminium Clarke was one of the most publicly commissioned artists of the period. He was part of a group of young British sculptors at the significant Venice Biennale in 1952 and elected to the Royal Academy as a sculptor in 1975.
