From a small and primitive studio perched on a Cornish cliff top, buffeted by blasts of bad weather direct from the Atlantic, Jason Wason produces some of the most beautiful contemporary ceramics of our day. Reminiscent of the primordial landcape in which they have been created, these works combine an ancient and timeless quality with a remarkably modern twist that offers viewers a dialogue across the centuries. Including both ceramic, silver and bronze work this unusual exhibition explored two ancient methods of making with fascinating results.
